The Launch button is on your portal dashboard. It appears on the Dashboard inside the portal 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Once you click the Launch button, you will see a spinning circle. This is normal.Once there is a connection with your therapist, the spinning circle will disappear. If you do not get connected,your therapist will call you on your phone on file 7 minutes after the start of the session. Your therapist will also send you an email through your portal. If you have not heard from us, call the office 10 minutes after the start of the session.
